Heisey Glass Company Ad Combines High Fashion with Crystal Elegance

The Heisey Glass Company combined high fashion elegance with the beauty of etched crystal stemware in this magazine ad.
The model is stunning in a gown provided by Bonwit Teller and tops it all off with a sumptuous fur by the famous Maximilian.

Introduced in 1949, the etched pattern Heisey Rose was extremely popular.  The beautiful molded rose in the stem was what made this design so unique.
To set themselves apart, the company referred to this pattern as 'Heisey Rose'.
There were many magazine ads for the elegant glassware of that period but few of them featured such an eye-catching model as our lady in red.

Heisey hit this one out of the ball park.
